Life Drawing Series

This is from an expressive-type series of life drawings I did.   I had taken life drawing for a couple years and I needed a break from our usual focus on proportions.  We did a ton of measuring and siting which gets tedious.  These were a lot of fun and my teacher encouraged us to explore whatever we were interested in.  I tried not to worry about the outcome so that I could be fast and free with my strokes, which I think is why I liked both the process and the outcome so much.
